Event Details

Always wanted to try acting? Want to get more comfortable in front of a camera? This intro to on-camera acting class is the one for you.

Sign-up for 8 Tuesday evenings, 7-10pm (Jan 15 – Mar 5),

and put yourself in front of the camera working with multiple characters, scenes, and acting exercises for $250 (no tax). This 8-week class will culminate with an in-class screening of highlights of the students’ work.

Develop the building blocks of character development and breaking down a scene. We will start each week with a series of ensemble, focus, and improvisation exercises that will set the table for the scene study work, and on-camera acting that follows.

I will work with students at their individual experience level, and script work will change week to week dependent on students’ progress. Post-shoot viewing sessions and group-led constructive critique will take place at the end of each class, offering students a safe environment to grow in their work.

To register, please email me at grahamseytheory@gmail.com with your name and email.

Sign-up today – space is limited! Please note that refunds, partial refunds and make-up classes are not offered.

“Graham McDonald’s style is like no other. He has the precision of a surgeon in his direction, and with his hands-on style, has the ability to completely re-route a scene, leaving the actors with a depth of understanding of themselves and their characters.”
