Thank you for choosing 4 Corners Community Collective for your event. Our goal with the space is to bring interesting and thoughtful events to the people of Victoria and beyond. We want your event to be a success! This is why we offer a place for you on our website, space for you to hang a flyer and leave rack cards and social media exposure. In order for these things to happen you need to fill out the web site form, bring in the marketing and to tag 4 Corners in all your social media posts.
We require a non-refundable deposit upon booking. This deposit will go towards the final rent you were quoted. A month before your event you will be invoiced the remaining amount, which will be due in full at that time. Should you need to cancel within the month, the amount will not be returned.
As of right now, administration including social media and website addition is included in the rental cost. However, if administration is being asked above and beyond what is normal, there will be an additional charge, anywhere from $5-$25. This includes any adjustment to the website once your event has been added.

We will do our best to promote you and your work. Having your class/workshop run is the best for everyone. Ultimately, promotion and filling your event is up to you. We highly recommend that you run it, even if the numbers are not optimal. Word of mouth is still top of the list as far as marketing goes.
