There couldn’t be a better day than Self-Love Day to Investigate you Inner Mean Girl. 

A day to turn self-bullying into self-love.

We have all heard that inner voice, you know the one that says things like:

“I can’t believe you just did that!”

“Don’t even bother trying, you will just fail”

“It’s so selfish to take care of yourself first”

Those are just a few of the lies our inner mean girls tell us. 

In this two-hour self-love circle workshop, we will learn about the 13 archetypes of the Inner Mean Girl.  We will be taking a snapshot of your very own IMG, finding out what triggers her, the big fat lies she tells you and the toxic habits she drives you to.  We will come to understand our inner mean girls and how they were born to protect us and why we can’t run away from them but rather need to run towards them with love. We will be learning the difference between your inner mean girl and your inner wisdom and tangible self-love tools you can use in times of stress and stretch in your daily life.
