This full-day experiential workshop will be layered with mindfulness practices focused on relationship with self and others. These experiences will be evoked by somatic, emotional and transpersonal responses to spoken-word prompts, somatic awareness exercises, gentle physical contact and dance. Within this safe container, you will deepen your awareness of the stories that you unconsciously hold about yourself, others and your own life. As a doorway into “Beingness”, participants will learn how to recognize their restrictive habitual tendencies and how to relax around those core patterns. The relaxation of your patterns will lead you to a space of non-projection, and support you in accessing a state within yourself of presence and openness to others and life. This then provides a sense of true well-being where you can enter into a state of Loving Presence in which you can really receive another person. The day will culminate with practices in loving presence and learning to both receive and engender heart-centered listening.Sliding Scale: $100-150. $80 EARLY BIRD if paid in full by May 10Please do not allow monetary restrictions hold you back.
