Event Details

Learn the Tai Chi secrets of health and vitality, without having to master complicated sequences. This course is NOT about memorizing the Tai Chi form. Rather, we will explore methods for dissolving chronic tension and enhancing mental focus. Great as an adjunct to many practices, such as yoga, sports, fitness, as well as those who need to slow down and cultivate space.

You can take a piece of each week’s theme to add to your existing routine, or combine elements to create your own home recovery practice.

Footage from the sessions will be combined to create video lessons for purchase. Participants in the course will receive the videos free!

Week 1 – Relaxing and Releasing Exercises (Feng Song Gong)

Week 2 – Joint Opening & Spinal Rippling

Week 3 – Tao Yin (Taoist Yoga)

Week 4 – Meditation & Qigong

Week 5 – Tai Chi Flow

Week 6 – Building a Routine / Putting It All Together
