HeartCircle: A Community Grieving Ritual

Grief needs community, especially in the holiday season. End-of-life doula Chelsea Peddle and Sony Baron of Baron Counselling, are offering a dedicated circle to honour those who are in our hearts, yet no longer here for a hug. Join us in a ceremony of love, remembrance, and healing on this winter equinox. May this day, which marks the peak of darkness, be a harbinger of light to your grieving heart.
